My career began in the steel and materials distribution industries, where I spent two decades in customer relations, technical service, product development, quality improvement, and project management. That experience taught me firsthand how performance, culture, and systems must be in sync to deliver results. From that experience I developed a passion to help organizations fine tune their approach and achieve goals that once felt out of reach.

Building on this foundation, I launched a second career in organizational strategy and leadership development, now in its 25th year. I have since guided organizations through challenges of talent retention, leadership development, and culture transformation. Known as a goal-oriented problem solver, strong team builder, and trusted advisor, I work with executives, HR leaders, and emerging managers to create practical, people-centered solutions that drive growth and success that lasts.
